Is this a preorder or ready stock?+
This is a preorder for the Rally Rest chair concept, not a ready-stock order. Product images are concept visuals, and final manufacturing details may change. We will confirm the final specifications and estimated dispatch timing before you agree to delivery. No shipping date is being promised at this stage.
Do I need to pay anything now?+
No. There is no deposit or online payment. Once availability, courier serviceability and the complete total are confirmed with you, payment is cash on delivery.
Where in the Philippines can you deliver?+
We’re accepting preorder requests with Philippine delivery addresses. Delivery and cash-on-delivery availability depend on the courier’s coverage for your specific address. We’ll check this with you before confirming the order; nationwide serviceability is not guaranteed.
Is shipping included in the ₱1,990?+
₱1,990 is the price of one chair. Delivery fees are not included and will be quoted before dispatch. We won’t ship until you’ve agreed to the complete cash-on-delivery amount.
What comes with my chair?+
The planned model includes a canopy, integrated paddle sleeve, lockable storage pouch with a compact luggage-style combination lock, two different cup-holder sizes, compact 0–11 score wheels and the ability to link neighbouring canopies. Paddles, water bottles, cans, phones and other personal items pictured are not included. The connector design and included components will be confirmed with the final production specification.
Will my 36 oz bottle fit? What is the weight limit?+
The larger cup holder is being designed for a 36 oz bottle, but bottle diameters vary. Final holder dimensions, folded size, chair weight, load rating and canopy specifications will be provided before dispatch. We have not claimed a tested weight capacity, waterproof rating or UV protection rating.
Can I change or cancel my preorder?+
Yes. You may change or cancel before dispatch, with no advance payment to refund. Contact the seller with your preorder reference, or tell us when we contact you to confirm the order. For a problem after delivery, contact the seller to arrange an appropriate remedy; this does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Is the pouch theft-proof?+
No. The small luggage-style lock is a deterrent and helps keep the pouch closed. The fabric pouch and chair are not a security safe. Avoid leaving valuable items unattended. “Luggage-style” describes the lock format, not an independently verified TSA certification.
